Mit der Lieferando-App für iPhone kannst du überall in Deutschland dein Lieblingsessen bestellen. Wähle aus über 37.000 Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, um dir Burger, Pizza, Pasta, Sushi und vieles mehr liefern zu lassen – direkt an deine Tür.

Du brauchst noch etwas aus dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie oder dem Blumenladen? Öffne einfach die Lieferando-App, wähle die Kategorie „Lebensmittel“ oder "Geschäfte" aus und fülle deinen Warenkorb mit allem, was du benötigst: Ob Babynahrung, Windeln, Blumen, Spirituosen, Bier und Wein, Kosmetika, Eis, Schokolade, Milch, Obst oder Brot – bei unseren Partnern findest du, was du suchst.

So funktioniert es:
Bestellen geht ganz einfach: Du kannst entweder eine gespeicherte Adresse auswählen, deine PLZ/Straße eingeben oder deinen Standort automatisch von der App suchen lassen. Danach wählst du dein Lieblingsrestaurant oder ein Geschäft und suchst dir aus, worauf du Lust hast. Bezahlen kannst du unter anderem mit PayPal, Klarna, Kreditkarte, Apple Pay oder auch in bar bei Lieferung – wenn der Partner diese Möglichkeit anbietet.

Verfolge deine Bestellung bis zur Tür:
Verfolge deine Bestellung mit unserem Food Tracker® von der Küche bzw. Ladentheke bis zu deiner Tür. Wir senden dir sogar Push-Benachrichtigungen, um dich über den aktuellen Status deiner Bestellung zu informieren. Eine Lieferung dauert in der Regel 30–45 Minuten.

Wir haben uns dein Feedback zu Herzen genommen und das Design verbessert. Du kannst jetzt noch einfacher das bestellen, was du möchtest – von Lebensmitteln bis zu leckeren Gerichten.

Es gibt ab sofort mehr Suchoptionen und Filter und wir haben auch die Navigationsgeschwindigkeit optimiert.

Zusätzlich haben wir neue Funktionen eingeführt, wie:

– In deiner Nähe beliebt
Schaue dir die beliebtesten Kategorien in deiner Nachbarschaft an.

– Neuer Abschnitt „Für dich“
Greife auf deine Stempelkarten und Punkte zu, indem du in der Navigation auf „Für dich“ klickst.

– Größere Bilder in den Speisekarten
Sieh auf einen Blick, was im Angebot ist. Gefällt dir etwas? Klicke auf „+“, um den Artikel in deinen Warenkorb zu legen.

– Deine Favoriten, gespeichert
Deine letzte Bestellung bleibt für dich gespeichert, sodass du jederzeit darauf zugreifen kannst.

Worst experience Berlin

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst experience of using delivery services ever, this guys are not taking any responsibility for delivery and does not support you — they just happy to take your money. In my case I’ve booked delivery for the exact time (lunch brake before leaving the apartment) and was waited for 40 minutes for the delivery and not received my food — went out to eat something. While waiting I was messaging support as they don’t provide phone or any other type of urgent support — there was no response for many hours. Lieferando took position of the restaurant who claims they have delivered it but my empty stomach confirms that there was no delivery and I suffered 40 minutes of hunger before getting out of the apartment and getting to the closest Kabab place to eat. So my lunch that day worth me 20 euro, a lot of stress, not very healthy food. Shame for this kind of customer service. Recommend anything BUT lieferando!

UPD: got coupon on 70% of lost money, not refund though.

Worst delivery service and customer service I experienced in my entire life

There is no customer rights with this application. After getting your money and confirming the order, they turn your food experience into a nightmare. Cant count the number of times I had an issue with my order and let go because they made it difficult to contact customer support, or even worse. You can make the effort to contact them but then end having no response or robotic answers with failure to understand the issue and unwillingness to solve it. Keep all this aside, my latest experience was really HORRIBLE and had me decide that I will not use this app ever again even if it was the only option. (Normally I only use it only when the restaurant I want is not on the other apps anyway ).
So I ordered from a restaurant and after my order got accepted and paid I got a call from the restaurant saying my main dish was not available and they offered to replace it with something else. I told them clearly NO. If you do not have my order please cancel the full order!! I also contacted liefernde on chat service and explained what happened. The response was we cannot cancel! The order is on the way and they ended that chat! I recieved food that was entirely different from what I ordered and they did not bother responding to my emails of complain! Can you imagine ordering something and getting something else without having the right to claim them wrong? I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

HORRIBLE

one of the worst food delivery services I’ve ever used. Ordered delivery through their website and went outside when the website notified that my food was delivered. Received no phone calls from anybody and when I went outside there was no food anywhere surrounding the building. Then called the store I ordered from and they sent out a new order. The second order did not arrive as well and did not receive a tracking number or anything. Then asked for a refund for the food I didn’t receive and was told that it was not possible because the food had been delivered and they had tried to call me multiple times. Then proceeded to show them proof of my phone log that showed no missed calls and was told this wasn’t enough proof to qualify for a refund. I double checked to see if I put the address and phone number in correctly and I had. Worst part is they can provide no proof of trying to call me or where the order was dropped off outside of my building. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business and the utter lack of care I received as a repeat customer is very disappointing. Being blamed for their mistake as well is completely upsetting and I cannot believe I am expected to pay for a service I never received. Will never be ordering from them again and would recommend anybody who wants to order through this service to RUN AWAY.
