Met de Thuisbezorgd.nl-app kun je overal in Nederland je favoriete eten bestellen. Er zijn meer dan 8000 restaurants, supermarkten en avondwinkels waar je uit kunt kiezen. Of je nou zin hebt in burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salades of iets anders, het wordt aan je voordeur bezorgd.


Iets nodig van de supermarkt, slijterij of bloemist? Open je Thuisbezorgd.nl-app, kies ‘boodschappen’ en vul je winkelmandje. Babyvoeding, luiers, bloemen, sterke drank, bier, wijn, verzorgingsproducten, ijs, chocolade, melk, fruit en brood: onze partners hebben het allemaal.


Zo werkt het:
Bestellen is makkelijk. Kies een opgeslagen adres kiezen, vul je postcode/straatnaam in of laat de app je locatie vinden. Kies vervolgens je favoriete restaurant en selecteer waar je trek in hebt. Betaal met PayPal, Klarna, creditcard, Apple Pay of een andere optie. Of betaal contant wanneer je eten wordt bezorgd (als het restaurant deze optie biedt).


Volg je bestelling tot aan je voordeur:
Volg je bestelling van de keuken of winkel tot aan je voordeur met onze Food Tracker®. We sturen je zelfs pushmeldingen om je op de hoogte te houden van je bestelling. Het duurt meestal 30-45 minuten om je eten of boodschappen te bezorgen.

Op basis van jullie feedback hebben we het design verbeterd. Het is nu makkelijker dan ooit om te bestellen wat je wilt, van boodschappen tot heerlijke maaltijden.

Er zijn meer zoekopties en -filters en we hebben de navigatiesnelheid verbeterd.

Maar er is meer! Bijvoorbeeld deze nieuwe functies:

- Populair in jouw buurt
Bekijk de populairste categorieën in jouw buurt.

- Nieuwe sectie ‘Voor jou’
Klik op ‘Voor jou’ in het navigatiemenu en zie direct je stempelkaarten en loyaliteitspunten.

- Grotere menufoto’s
Zie in een oogopslag wat je kunt bestellen. Denk je ‘dit ziet er lekker uit’? Klik op ‘+’ en het zit in je winkelmandje.

- Jouw favorieten, opgeslagen
Je laatste bestelling wordt bewaard, zodat je deze altijd kunt bekijken.

Binnenkort komen er nog meer toffe functies aan. Vergeet dus niet je Thuisbezorgd.nl-app regelmatig te updaten!

Great options, not the best service

I’ve ordered a few times with this app and I enjoy the amount of options they have, but the service is not great. Usually I have to wait much longer for my food than what is originally indicated. I once waited over an hour longer than originally pointed out for my meal; I sent a few emails to the app’s customer service and I never received a response.

Like I said, great options, but expect to wait longer than indicated for your food and don’t rely on the customer service.

We are sorry to hear you often waited longer than indicated by the restaurant. It is the restaurant's responsibility to keep you up to date regarding your order status. If you have sent us emails, perhaps the response landed in your spam folder. When you have a complaint regarding the delivery time however, we recommend you to contact the restaurant, as they are responsible for this.

Delivery Estimated Time Is Not Accurate

I never got to eat the food that I ordered through Thuisbezorgd because the delivery person never showed. When I called De Vegetarische Snackbar about my order, they said no one answered the door and they tried calling me. I was sitting at the door with my phone and sat there for another twenty minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered; there were also three people in the building lobby that did not see the delivery person so they must have gone to the wrong place. I have used Thuisbezorgd several times and this is the first time this has happened, but it is especially disappointing because I have missed De Vegetarische Snackbar when they have been open. After calling, De Vegetarische Snackbar offered for my cold food to be delivered in 45 minutes as their remedy with no apology and Thuisbezorgd stopped responding to me to resolve the matter. I probably won’t use them again, but hopefully they add an option to tip within the app, specifically after food is delivered.

Food not delivered and no refund

I have downloaded this app in Amsterdam to get some food. Never received my products. Help center in app is useless, only bot is answering you, which can't do anything. restaurant contacted me next day and told me that they closed early and that's why they did not deliver my products (how is that even excuse?) and offered to deliver it next day. Of course I did not need those products next day afternoon. I have asked for refund and they said that I should ask for refund in app. App bot only got to the point where it would send my info to team to check what happened to my order and nothing ever happened. I lost 30€, my nerves and energy for nothing. worst delivery app experience I have ever had in any country. useless help center with dumb bot.
