Begin je trek te krijgen? Open simpelweg je app! Wij hebben alles wat je maar wilt. Bestel je favoriete sushi, salade, burger of pokébowl en laat het thuis bezorgen. Het is supermakkelijk! Kies uit meer dan 8.000 lokale restaurants en populaire ketens (zoals KFC, Burger King, FEBO en Domino's). Of je nu trek hebt in Chinees, Indiaas, Italiaans, Aziatisch of Grieks, bij Thuisbezorgd.nl is er eindeloos veel keuze!

De voordelen van onze app:
- Snel en makkelijk: bestel moeiteloos eten online.
- Bestel opnieuw-knop: geniet opnieuw van die heerlijke maaltijd met één druk op de knop.

Hoe het werkt:
Bestellen is heel simpel. Gebruik de automatische locatieherkenning of vul handmatig het bezorgadres in. Kies je favoriete restaurant en gerechten. Betaal vervolgens gemakkelijk online via PayPal, iDEAL en creditcard of betaal gewoon contant aan de deur.

Benieuwd wanneer jouw eten bezorgd wordt? Via de Food Tracker® volg je jouw bestelling van de keuken tot aan de deur! Daarnaast ontvang je 3 berichten over de status van je bestelling: één ter bevestiging van je bestelling, één wanneer het restaurant begint met de bereiding van je eten en één wanneer je bestelling onderweg is.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!

This app, the company is a total fraud. They have ZERO customer service. They’re only in it to squeeze fees from restaurants it seems, as there is NO QC whatsoever. If something goes wrong, you’re screwed. They have NO SERVICE LINE OR FEEDBACK OPTION.

Call a restaurant directly to order, and definitely DO NOT order from a franchise place. You will be disappointed!! They just fake it and take your money. You have zero options to get your money back unless you can block a credit cars paent. This place should just be shut down, it does not remotely match up to pro services elsewhere. What a joke. Negative stars!

Delivery Estimated Time Is Not Accurate

I never got to eat the food that I ordered through Thuisbezorgd because the delivery person never showed. When I called De Vegetarische Snackbar about my order, they said no one answered the door and they tried calling me. I was sitting at the door with my phone and sat there for another twenty minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered; there were also three people in the building lobby that did not see the delivery person so they must have gone to the wrong place. I have used Thuisbezorgd several times and this is the first time this has happened, but it is especially disappointing because I have missed De Vegetarische Snackbar when they have been open. After calling, De Vegetarische Snackbar offered for my cold food to be delivered in 45 minutes as their remedy with no apology and Thuisbezorgd stopped responding to me to resolve the matter. I probably won’t use them again, but hopefully they add an option to tip within the app, specifically after food is delivered.

Great options, not the best service

I’ve ordered a few times with this app and I enjoy the amount of options they have, but the service is not great. Usually I have to wait much longer for my food than what is originally indicated. I once waited over an hour longer than originally pointed out for my meal; I sent a few emails to the app’s customer service and I never received a response.

Like I said, great options, but expect to wait longer than indicated for your food and don’t rely on the customer service.

If you have sent us emails, perhaps the response landed in your spam folder. When you have a complaint regarding the delivery time however, we recommend you to contact the restaurant, as they are responsible for this.
