Amazing!!!!
The app is perfect for first responders. There are a bunch of different tools that can be utilized on duty or off duty. Even tools for pre and post shift. I started to burn out hard and fast and the app has given me tools right at my fingertips and helped me maintain positive habits to move forward with.
Good
I enjoy the app. It has good content, I am a former EMT, and the program has positive tools for on-duty and off-duty applications. I wish I had this information before my burnout.
