Axymis ,

EXACTLY what I needed

I was looking for something like the python application LabelImg but on the iPad so that I could use my finger and hopefully Apple Pencil. Not only is this exactly what I was looking for (including pencil support), but it seems super well designed, too. I have no idea why you would buy one of the other apps with their $3-$10/month subscriptions. If all you need is to draw boxes and name them, this is the app for you. Thank you, Mr. Rodriguez Junquera!

One suggestion, if I may, to make this already awesome app even better: could you add the ability to read from the filesystem (like in the Files app)? If so, I could airdrop pictures (and xml files? Would that be possible?) from my Mac that I already have started labeling and open them up in Lince. That would be perfect!

Hi Axymis,

Thank you very much for your review and feedback!

In some days I will release a new version that will be able to open Tensorflow .record files (not sure if you are using TF), and that way you can have your current annotations and pictures easily imported into the app. I thought the .record file was the way to go because it is independent of the annotation's format(Pascal VOC or others), so it does not matter in which format your previous annotations are. Of course, you will also be able to export to a .record file.

I will probably add the Files App import integration in the near feature too ;).

Can’t use screenshots

I really like this app. But it can’t seem to handle screenshots. Every time I try to load a screenshot I took on my phone, the app crashes.
