The best trainer, workouts & community!

I have been doing Lindsey’s workouts since the start of COVID and quarantine. Her workouts are the best for at-home or in the gym! I’m a former college basketball player & I can guarantee that you will get an intense, effective workout in doing one of her classes, that are an hour long or less!

I love that she encourages women to not only lift weights, but lift heavy weights! She’s breaking the misconception that weight-lifting will make you bulky and she teaches proper form and muscle-mind connection along the way.

I highly recommend Lindsey’s workouts not just to get an amazing workout and sweat, but for the community she has built. Showing up to class every day and seeing all the women (and men) that are working out right there with you is so motivating and inspiring! It’s the most fun and supportive group you will workout with via zoom!

On the days where you might not be feeling up to working out, she will push you and challenge you.. before you know it, you’ll be doing things you didn’t think you could do just a week or even a month ago! The best part is, she’s there right beside you doing the workout. She never asks you to do something, she wouldn’t do. Can’t ask for a better trainer that practices what she preaches!

Game changer!

I started working out with Lindsey early on during the pandemic - I was used to going to OrangeTheory, Barrys Bootcamp and Flywheel, but Lindsey has replaced all of that for me! Her workouts are challenging and varied - hitting all the muscle groups in different ways. Moreover, she is an awesome trainer - emphasizes form, healthy body image, positivity and provides lots of encouragement to push your limits but keep you safe. The community is also amazing! Very supportive and fun - full of ladies encouraging one another and making each other laugh! The app is super easy to use - sign up for live classes (and seamlessly add it to your calendar), watch recordings, and favorite the workouts you like the best. Highly recommend!!!

Tried and true!

Been working out with Lindsey since quarantine. Couldn’t imagine my workout routine without her. I’ve been an athlete my whole life but have never been in better shape. Workouts are effective and fun and she’s constantly switching it up so you never get bored. Every week she typically offers a full body experience, meaning you’ll get an arm-focused day, a leg day, a back day and full body day, but with certain packages you can have access to all on-demand classes so you can do whatever you feel like. 100% 10/10 would recommend 🫶🏼
