I usually lock rotatation, therefore I can not see how much score I haveI want app orientation always on portrait

I have playing this for years. This is the game I play the most. I just updated it and the shake to restart no longer works. Very annoying! Please fix it.

I love this game, I played a version of it for years on Palm. This version is very compatible, however I have one complaint.. it's at the point in the game when you realize that there are not going to be any more moves - there is no option to end the game and save the score. I have to continue adding balls forcing all the boxes to be filled to end the game and save the score.. It would be nice to have the score saved at the 'shake' option.

I'm so tired of people who clearly like the idea of a given app, but are too cheap to pay $.99, so they give the apps bad reviews. Apple, you *really* need to revamp the review system, because ignorance has run rampant on your store.Back to the game: I used to play this for hours on my Treo. The object is to align 5 dots of the same color in a row, causing those 5 dots to disappear. The *problem* is that each time you move one dot, 3 more dots appear at random locations on the board. So you're in a constant race to remove dots, while others are being added. It sounds simplistic, but believe me -- it's not! The more you play, the more you begin to develop strategies for playing. It's difficult to explain this until you've played it for a while. That's what I love about Lines; it has the perfect balance of simplicity and complexity. Strategy and luck. It's the kind of thing you can play for 2 minutes, when standing in line or 2 hours (not that I've ever done that!).This version is nicely rendered; game-play is animated, and you can shake to reset the board -- nice uses of iPhone technology. Also, when holding the phone in vertical orientation, you can see the colors of the 3 upcoming dots; in landscape orientation, you do not -- eliminating the need to set a preference for this. (Another clever use of iPhone technology.)I've contacted the developer about adding undo and speeding up the animation, both of which are coming in an update. But even without those improvements, I'm having a difficult time putting this game down and getting back to work! :-)
