Invitation links now open the right company. Tapping a company's invitation link on iPhone used to open the app with nothing attached, so you arrived connected to no one. The link now takes you straight into the company that sent it, and the backup link on the invitation page opens the app as well. The phone rings while the app is in the background. A call used to reach you reliably only when the app was fully closed or the screen was locked. Now it rings when the app is open behind something else too. Answering from the lock screen connects the call. Tap to answer and you are through. You no longer have to unlock the phone and open the app first. A declined call now ends for the technician too. When you decline a call, or the technician cancels it, the ringing stops at both ends instead of carrying on. Messages during a call or screen share. A new Messages button lets you read and reply to chat while a call or screen share is running, without dropping it. Also fixed - The app could answer a call by itself, with nobody touching the phone. - The incoming-call banner could stay on screen on top of a call you were already on. - After using chat, the keyboard could cover the Stop and Hang up buttons. Unchanged, as always: screen sharing starts only after you accept it, you can stop it at any moment, and it is view-only - your technician can see your screen to guide you, never control your phone.

Screen sharing now tells you if it did not start, instead of appearing to work. Disconnecting now stops calls reaching your phone. The incoming call screen follows your phone's language, including Arabic. Added a link to our privacy policy inside the app.
