My first coworking app

Giving this was my first experience with this type of app, it’s still proved very welcoming all features were intuitive and logically sequenced, also progressing through various steps leading to The apps key elements (choosing the facility, ID a particular suite or shared area, easily accessible cost info - rate per hour, etc.) Definitely a good app.

Stupidname!!1
Tried using their service. I need a lease. Their marketing emails explicitly say that I need to sign up for monthly LEASES to get discounts etc. I sign up for this LEASE. Do the stuff online, do the DASH license. Pay $880 to start my lease in a few weeks. And I ask for the lease which I need. I’m told that they do not provide a lease. They will not provide a lease. Then they refuse to refund the full amount because I didnt cancel 30 days in advance. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE LEASE THAT I PAID FORIt took forever to get responses from them and then their people were rude and condescending. Don’t tell me that I dont need a lease or that your license is all that is needed. You don’t know my business.

Great app but listings not always 100% accurate

This is well working app and the great experience overall. But as AirBnb person I believe that they need to put more attention on feedback and especially on accuracy of listings. Many listings are not accurate and the app does not provide a way to report missing or unexpectedly paid features. Please add ability to report errors in listing and I will give you 5*. Use AirBnb as example.

I NEVER write reviews but when comparing all the different coworking apps, this is the best one out there. Shows little icons of the pictures of the working places and estimated prices which the others don’t. Can’t wait for more places in SF to use the tool because it is far superior than the others.

On-demand request to book spaces. Issue fixes. Delete Account request can be initiated from Customer Support view.
