This update includes: - Two new ‘shorts’: ‘Fear Not’ and ‘Franciscan Blessing’ - A beautiful poem written and recorded by Joshua called ‘come to the table’, which appears as a new meditation in the ‘REST’ section - A new meditation in the ‘12-steps’ section (Step 4) - A reflection in the ‘family’ on the boy who gave Jesus his bread and fishes to feed the great crowd. - Added the ability to mark your favourite meditations so you can find them more easily.

We are very excited about our new, fresh design taking us into this new year. We do hope you like it too! We have some great new meditations with this update. We also have many great ideas for more meditations and we’re looking to give you regular updates from here on! WHAT’S NEW IN THIS UPDATE 1. SPECIALS We’ve made a new category within the ‘gratitude’ section, which is for prayer and meditation for particular circumstances. We have put the existing special meditations ‘My healer’ and ‘Comfort in grief’ into this section and we have added another meditation especially for expectant mothers called “I bless my child”. Please use this to pray for and bless your child if you’re pregnant! 2. Dear Lord and Father Many of us love the Hymn “Dear Lord and Father of mankind”. This is such a lovely prayer to God, that we would know the beauty of His peace. Let’s use these words, which were beautifully crafted by John Greenleaf Whittier in 1872, to take us to a place of stillness. 3. Step-3 Follow This is especially designed for those on a 12-step journey, a journey from which we can ALL benefit. In this meditation we reflect on the decision to follow Jesus. 4. Minimal guidance – 30 minutes We’ve had a lot of positive comments about the ‘minimal guidance’ meditations and 30 minutes is a good length! We’ll add 40 minutes soon.
