Great agent app

Awesome UI and great app for agents.

Could be amazing

Can we get face is to sign in? Ridiculous to have to enter un and pw again.

Also, can’t all be running in background? If I switch off if it to another app, it closes and I have to restart-sign in.

Notifications feel weak. I’d like to have phone off and in my pocket. If someone texts in, I’d love for it to ding and be notified.

Hello, and thanks for your review! FaceID is on our radar but many retail customers share devices and have asked specially to not allow this. We're working on an option to allow for both feature requests.

The app should definitely run in the background, and should use your default ding and vibrate options - just like a text message. If this isn't happening your account may not be setup to allow for agents to be idle in the background. Contact support or feel free to email us directly at mobileapps@liveperson.com with any feature requests and concerns.
