LoadBounce™ Driver is the carrier-side app for owner-operators and fleets moving freight on the LoadBounce™ platform. Accept loads, capture pickup and delivery proof, and build a verifiable, tamper-evident chain of custody from origin to consignee — every handoff time-stamped, location-stamped, and held on a record that can't be quietly changed.
- Loads — see assigned loads and stops with addresses and reference numbers, and accept the next one in a tap.
- Proof of delivery — capture photos, signatures, and NFC/QR scans at each handoff, sealed into a tamper-evident record the moment it's taken.
- Detention PunchClock™ — turn it on and the app records a GPS trail of your drive and your wait, in the background, even with the screen locked, so your detention time is documented instead of disputed. It records only while you have Detention PunchClock™ on, you start and stop it yourself, and it stops the moment you turn it off. While it's running, your fleet and shipper can also see the truck's approach.
- Detention — GPS-stamped arrival and departure at pickup and delivery, so waiting time is documented on the record.
- Secure dispatch — message the fleet office and keep every exchange on the record.
LoadBounce™ is a licensed, insured, BMC-84 bonded U.S. freight broker (MC-1810905 · USDOT 4557371), with offices in Livonia, MI and Denver, CO.
A LoadBounce™ account is required to sign in. Location is used to record your detention and custody events and, while Detention PunchClock™ is on, to share the truck's approach with your fleet and shipper — driver-controlled, never for advertising.
LoadBounce™ Driver is free to download. It's the companion to a LoadBounce™ business account; subscription and usage are billed by LoadBounce™, not through the App Store.
