— WHAT LOADMATH DOES —
• Paste the dispatcher's message. Copy the text your dispatcher or broker sent you, paste it in, and LoadMath pulls out the rate, the loaded miles, the deadhead, the lumper, the detention, the lane and the broker — then runs the numbers. No retyping a rate con in a truck stop parking lot.
• Real cost per mile. Truck and trailer insurance, payments, ELD, parking, accounting, phone — plus fuel, DEF, maintenance, tires, repairs. Set them once. LoadMath works out the fixed and variable cost per mile that every load has to beat.
• Load calculator. Or type it yourself: rate, loaded miles, deadhead. Net profit, profit per mile, all-in rate per mile, break-even RPM and daily profit, before you accept.
• Deadhead-aware math. Empty miles to the pickup are counted in your fuel cost and your real rate per mile. No more loads that look great on paper and lose money in the cab.
• Dispatch fee handled both ways. Flat dollar amount or percentage — whichever way your dispatcher charges.
• Tax set-aside built in. Every load shows what to hold back. Estimates for planning, not tax advice.
• Logbook. Every load you save lands in a daily, weekly or monthly logbook with totals.

The math got more honest, and the app got a few things it should have had all along.
FIXED
• Detention and layover is money the broker pays you. It was being subtracted as a cost, so a load looked worse by twice the amount every time a broker agreed to pay it. Loads you already saved are corrected automatically.
• Suggested Price now agrees with the verdict. Ask for what LoadMath tells you to ask for and the load clears your target — it used to come back MARGINAL.
• Reports add up. Per-load and summary figures use the same all-in miles, so the PDF's rows average to its own totals.
• The tax set-aside no longer applies a table of corporate tax rates. Florida, Texas, Washington and the other states with no personal income tax now add nothing.
• $300 a day and 600 miles a day were hardcoded into the verdict. Both are yours to set now — regional and local drivers, this one is for you.
• First run no longer shows a break-even of $0.00. Costs start at sensible owner-operator averages, and the app says plainly when the numbers aren't yours yet.
• Setup no longer loses what you typed when you switch tabs.
NEW
• Deadline reminders: quarterly estimated tax, IFTA, Form 2290, UCR, and a nudge in January to send your year-end profit and loss to your accountant.
• Lane and broker are saved with every load, filled in by the AI parser.
