I’ve read some say they lost everything and no help.
I have had nothing but great, diligent assistance as needed. I’m not big on reviews unless serious bad experience where I have to so others are aware, or if truly superior. I had trouble due to device and number change whereas we can’t edit own number in here. It needs to be manually done by Lobstr team with so much information in security it’s Crazy, they got back to me in 2 days and cleared everything up for me. Great security and great team.
I strongly advise keeping your federation address, latest 10 transactions, any security key, password (all of it) in a safe place as it’s that tight….
Once you reach out from help from a computer they are on it.
Keep your log in IP address set to ON and you’re safe.
Those who say they can’t get response from Lobstr team have me scratching my head.
Im a fan.
They are friendly, and very helpful in crisis.

Very Disappointed in this App and their customer service
I created an account. I was supposed to receive a email to confirm my account. I never got the email. I reached out to App support by email and they said the problem was on my end. They said they would resend the email so I could verify my account. I never got it. Funny that my email on my end reached them, their reply (by email) reached me, but I never received that email link to verify my account. They insist the problem is on my end. Obviously my email has confirmed that it is legit since we have had a conversation(by email) regarding my not being able to use my account because the email isn’t verified! Their response: create another account with another email address! Very poor customer service. I don’t need another email address. I need someone to do their job. Obviously there is a “glitch” somewhere. I will not recommend this app to anyone.
disappointing moneygram cashout experience
support was nonexistent when my cashout got stuck because the Anchor or validating node was out to lunch. I swapped my XLM to USDC and then did everything to cashout. but kept getting error messages. first it said not enough funds yet i had more than enough. then it said “processing” for over 4 hours.
no one to talk to at Lobstr so i filled out the form for support. nobody answered while i waited hours at CVS where the moneygram is at.
i finally gave up and went home. this is not what crypto is meant to be about.
big thumbs down to Lobstr for a) not having better support and b) not working out the bugs in the cashout process by actually trying it themselves in the real world. you ruined my day and an important transaction. no longer a fan.
