I was talking with the love of my life for3 months on this app but yesterday the app juste bloqued our conversation and i can’t talk to her again ,i did nothing wrong and i want my conversation back ! I pay every week the feed to continue using this app but this inconvenient ruined my life so please help me

I don’t know why i dont get notification when i have a new message. I checked everything on setting, everything is checked on my iphone setting but still the same issue
