1. Plan a Meet - Name it, pick your date range, days, and time window, share an invite code
2. Friends request to join - You approve each request before they see any meet details (nothing leaks to a stranger with just the code)
3. Everyone marks availability - Manually on a grid, or import free/busy time straight from iOS Calendar (never event details)
4. See the overlap - A heatmap shows exactly when everyone's free
5. Propose, vote, confirm - Anyone can propose a time off the heatmap, members vote, the owner confirms it - then everyone RSVPs
6. Save it back to your calendar - One tap adds the confirmed time to your own calendar (still never touches LockMeet's sync)
