LogiShift APP allows the users to view and consult the details of the communicated daily shift. Before being able to access the detail screen, the employee must confirm that he has correctly received the shift on his mobile device. AddOn Clockings Through the application it is possible to clock in or out the beginning and the end of the working shift. In case of delay in the execution of the clocking, the system asks the user to justify the delay, asking for a reason that can be selected from a database of possible ones. If requested by the Company, LogiShift APP will be able to obtain the GPS coordinates at the time of clocking (the device will therefore not be tracked constantly). AddOn Holiday Request Through the application it is also possible to request holidays and / or absences depending on the activated setups. The application also provides the user with an overview of all requested or assigned absences / holidays. Furthermore, with regard to holidays only, the system also returns data of residual and accrued holidays. AddOn TimeSheet From the application it is possible to access the finalized shift through this addon. The employee, from his mobile application, can confirm the shift or indicate which changes are necessary. The employee will be able to view the status of all disputed shifts. AddOn Expense Notes LogiShift APP allows the user to enter expense reports for the shift performed. The employee can enter all the data and the modalities of the expenses made in shift, photographing or attaching documents to the request. Furthermore, the employee can request a summary of the expense reports sent which will be sent directly to their email. AddOn Train activity With the addon active, the employee will be able to fill in the activities performed before the train departs or upon arrival of the train. Through this addon, user can also consult the list of all the trains of the day. AddOn Information Turn Through this addon, the user of the application will be able to fill in the Service Bulletin, where it is possible to enter abnormalities found along the train's path, or the Delivery Book, or all the abnormalities found on the single locomotive. It is also possible to consult the Delivery Book compiled by other employees.
