LogSheet is a simple, Swiss-made timesheet app for small and mid-size companies. It replaces scattered Excel files and email holiday requests with one clean tool for logging your work hours.
LogSheet is a workplace app. Your employer or company admin sets up your company account and invites you — you sign in and start logging your hours. Employees pay nothing.
This app is for employees. It gives you the day-to-day tools to track your time and request leave. Management tasks (approvals, reporting, exports and invoicing) are handled by your employer on the web at logsheet.ch — they are not part of this app.
IN THE APP (for employees)
• Daily time tracking — a simple monthly grid with automatic lunch break and actual-vs-target hours.
• Clock in / clock out — punch your start and end times, on the job or on a project.
• Overtime & undertime — balances build up automatically against your target hours and part-time percentage.
• Holiday & absence requests — submit leave (including half-days) in one click and follow its status.
• Team absence calendar — view a yearly overview of your team's absences.
• Client & project time — log time on clients and projects with the built-in timer and contacts.
• Expenses — photograph a receipt and LogSheet reads the merchant, date and amount for you; flag it as billable to a customer when it should be rebilled.
• Cantonal public holidays — the correct holidays for your canton are applied automatically.
MANAGED BY YOUR EMPLOYER ON THE WEB
• Approvals — managers approve or reject holiday and absence requests.
• HR & accounting dashboard — per-employee KPIs, monthly trends, utilisation and revenue.
• Excel export & signature-ready archives — monthly exports and auditable frozen archives.
• Swiss QR-invoicing — QR-bills generated for clients.

• Cantonal public holidays applied automatically (all 26 cantons), plus CH / DE / AT / FR / IT presets.
• Swiss-style monthly sheet: target vs. actual hours and overtime carry-over.
• Interface in English, German, French and Italian.

Split days: you can now add a working period in the morning too, not only after the afternoon — for an early shift or a break in the middle of the morning. Available when your company has switched split days on.
The daily target is set by your administrator and can no longer be changed by mistake from your own timesheet.
Buttons and status labels have a cleaner, more consistent look.
