Loop for Flight Crew

Keeping families in the Loop

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Go fly. We'll keep them in the Loop. Upload your schedule and your family sees every leg live, with a countdown to home. Ground-floor pricing for the first crews aboard. Loop starts with a screenshot of your trip. Your flights, layovers and show times land on a calendar. Add reserve, standby and commutes, and that's your month. Create links to share with family and friends. It's free for them, and nobody needs an account. They get flight tracking, alerts when you push, land, run late or get cancelled, and plain answers to where you are, what you're doing, how much longer, what's next and when you're home. All in their time, with yours beside it. Every link is yours. Turn one off and it's gone from their phone. Loop tracks the flight, not you. It never asks for your location. For you: local and home time side by side, a widget that counts down to the next thing, and the trip on a map. Loop isn't an official schedule and won't update schedule changes for you. If your schedule changes, upload the new one, or Loop will continue to use the outdated schedule. Check your airline's schedule for official times. Loop for crew is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 14-day free trial. Family links are always free. A new map: a night globe with country borders and sharper coastlines, on the Map, the family map and the replay. The Map's month menu opens on this month, has "All trips" at the top that really means all of them, and lets you tick several months at once. Every flight reads as the airline's code and number, "UA35" or "FX1234", on every card, list, widget, Lock Screen card and alert, so you can tell whose airplane it is. Remove past trips: a setting on your profile, from one month to twelve. New accounts start at two months; existing accounts stay at a year until you change it. Crew: a short stop between flights is a sit, shown quietly beside the flight. A hotel night, or any stop of 5 hours or more, is a layover. Reserve: add a block with its daily on-call window in base time, or all day. Loop shows when you're on call, when you're released and when your next window starts, and keeps the reserve when you're given a trip. The Now page lists a reserve block ahead. The widget and the Now page show the time at home whenever you're away. Show times count down only before a trip's first flight, and "Departs" replaces "Leaves". Family and friends: cancelled and back-on alerts say whose flight it is. The small widget always keeps the person's name. You can paste a whole share message, not just the link. Tapping a wingman alert opens their part of the Now page. Smaller fixes to sign-up, shared links, and adding a commute by flight number on the website.
