Control your LorMet Debit Card by receiving transaction alerts and defining when, where, and how your card is used. Simply download the LorMet CardControl app, then customize your alert preferences and usage settings to monitor and protect your debit card. Quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity with fully customizable alerts. Receive alerts when a card is used or when a card transaction has been attempted but is declined. Alerts are sent in real-time, immediately after the transaction has taken place. Manage transactions to merchants located within a certain range of your location with My Location (using your phone’s GPS); transactions outside of your specified range can be declined. Establish spending limits for extra control. The LorMet CardControl app can allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed your defined thresholds. Transactions can also be managed for specific merchant categories such as gas stations, entertainment, travel, etc. Even monitor your LorMet Debit Card for specific transaction types such as in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions, and ATM transactions. Turn off your LorMet Debit Card anytime using the LorMet CardControl app’s On/Off Feature. When the card is “on”, transactions with your debit card are allowed following your customizable usage settings. When the card is “off”, no purchases or withdrawals are approved until the card is turned back “on”. If your card is lost or stolen, this feature can prevent fraudulent activity until the card is found or replaced. Travel without interruptions to your card. No need to call, simply set your travel plans in the LorMet CardControl app and enjoy your trip. Additionally, the LorMet CardControl app allows you to conduct card-related mobile transactions such as real-time balance inquiries and ATM locations.
