loyalC is a multi-store loyalty platform. Any business can register its store at loyalc.app and run stamp, points, reward and customer subscription programs, and its team uses this app for day-to-day work.
For businesses:
• Register your store and learn about the platform from the welcome screen or at loyalc.app
• Create cashier and branch manager accounts from the dashboard
For cashiers:
• Scan the customer's card with the camera, or search by mobile number or last 4 digits
• Add stamps or points, or log an invoice, with one tap
• Activate customer subscriptions and record their visits
• Hand over the reward when the stamps are complete
• Undo the last operation within 30 seconds
• See today's latest operations
For branch managers:
• Dashboard for today, this week and this month: operations, customers, stamps, rewards and sales
• Performance of every cashier in your branch
• Operations log with filters (stamps, rewards, cancelled)
• A heads-up on cancelled and edited operations
Secure and fast:
• Protection against double taps and weak connections
• Every operation is recorded under the staff member who performed it
• Invoice photos and subscriber verification photos are stored privately and are visible only to the store's team
Note: customers do not need an account in the app; their card arrives by link or in their wallet. There are no in-app purchases.
