Please see pricing and terms below. HOW LUDOFIT WORKS LudoFit uses your webcam as a motion sensor that can detect your movements. As you exercise, you'll move through and explore virtual landscapes on your screen. The camera is only used as a sensor to track your movements during exercise. It will not record you or your environment, ensuring that your privacy remains fully protected. As soon as you log in to the app, you can try a game workout and start customizing the games to your level. You'll also have the option to take a short test to jump up to a higher level of difficulty. To play LudoFit with your iPad, position it horizontally and stand it upright. You could also use a stand. We recommend the UGREEN Tablet Stand available on Amazon. WHO IS LUDOFIT FOR? The app is for adults with a variety of health concerns and wellness goals. Keeeping my balance

I'm enjoying the games provided by Ludofit, especially the skiing and bike riding. I was almost in hysterics the first time I did the bike riding. I can't tell you how many bike riders I wiped out. Coordinating the feet as well as the arms was challanging at first. But then my brain and body adapted to the routine.The skiing is fun as it brings back the fluid moves of the skiing I once did. The squats were a challange at first but now very manageable.The mountain climbing I find a little tedious or too long and the ball handling in New Zealand is still a challange for me. I haven't quite figured out the proper moves. All in all I think these are great programs and certainly beneficial as we grow older.

If a game gets to be too easy you can then increase the difficulty, or if necessary, lowerthe difficulty.There are suggested goals to attempt, sometimes by collecting stars. That’s fun. I like the feature of hazards to avoid, which definitely is a benefit leading to improved reaction time. With different parts of your body being emphasized in each of the games, it is a great way to improve your health.Teresa H.

I really don’t like to exercise, but I love to play video games. LudoFit incentivizes me to work out by essentially engaging my whole body in playing video games. Further excitement is added by the fact that no two sessions of the same exercise works out the same due to randomization of events.

I call it exercise and getting fit while having fun and it actually feels more like playing a game. The games are in 5 minute segments and there is a variety of games. Can be done individually or in a group which increases the fun and challenge. I highly recommend this as a fun, challenging way to get fit.
