LuggageHero offers on-demand, secure luggage storage all over cities across Europe and the US. We use certified local shops, cafés and hotels to store your bags for a few hours or days. We call them luggage heroes.

Thousands of storage locations available with new ones added every week. Using our mobile app, you’ll quickly find the most convenient one for you - book and receive directions right in the app, go drop off your luggage, and head out to enjoy the city!

Booking is risk-free, you only pay if you show up. All luggage is insured while in storage.

The LuggageHero mobile app uses your location to show storage locations available around you. You can also browse locations based on major traffic hubs, points of interest or specific addresses. The app allows you to book and reserve space for a specific number of bags at a specific date, and gives you the address/directions for the storage location you choose to book.

When arriving to drop off your bags at a storage location, start the storage timer in the LuggageHero app. This ensures that you only pay for the hours you keep your bags stored. Upon returning to reclaim your bags, stop the timer in the app. The price is calculated based on the time spent, and payment is handled securely online.

Holiday Hours Inaccurate

We used this app on a New Year’s trip to Nashville. At first, I was excited because the booking was so convenient and affordable. However, 2 days into our trip I called the stores to confirm their New Year’s Day hours and at least 2 locations were closed when the app stated holiday hours were confirmed. The failure was a huge inconvenience in the middle of our trip. I love the concept, but this needs serious improvements.

Scam!

Be aware, first location I went, it turned out they close in two hours so I had to cancel (the guy said he had told the app 3 weeks in advance). The next location I went took my two bags, 5 hours later I was charged $20 for 4 bags! No idea why 4 bags! There is a reason the app won’t show you it’s locations until you put your card info in

In relation to the incorrect charge I would advise you to always reach out to customer support by email or chat so that the hours spent on storage or similar can be adjusted accordingly and a refund for any incorrectly charge can be initiated immediately.
Similar to many other online products a valid payment card needs to be registered on your account before you can use the service. This is also to ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up. No charges is made unless you make use of the service. Should you forget to stop the storage timer or you stored fewer bags than indicated in your booking, we'll easily be able to adjust this and initiate a refund.
