Pure trash honestly

I’m a very tech savvy person and this trash app has to have been made by someone without a tiny bit of common sense; or programming skills. 0/10 had to be said.

Lighting

I was a Philips hue and Wiz light user for 4+ years. Our new home required the wafer lighting which this company offered. We have 6 lights in one room. I can not be more disappointed with the app and the technology used to control them. Philips had preselected scenes that you “might like” and allowed you to control all the lights at once rather than painstakingly controlling each light’s intensity, color, and power (and if you pick a hue of white there is literally no way to confirm the color you selected besides “eyeballing it”. There is a lot of potential though the app needs serious work.

Offline Problem

Overall, These light are great, app is simplified and makes for easy use of the light however recently since that app updated my lights will constantly go “offline”and i will have no control over the lights unless i manually turn the switch off and turn in back on again about 10-15 seconds later. I wouldn’t mind doing this every now and then but it has been happening every 5-10 mins where a light goes offline. Had wifi tested and boosted and still they continue to go offline but other than that great product
