Lumos Helmet 4+

I have been using the Lumos helmet since the Kickstart version and now use the Matrix. The app has evolved with the helmet quite nicely. As the helmet is so customizable, the app intuitively works to help the user maximize its features.
I look forward to more customization options.
My friends who see me during my commute say the new helmet is even better that the original for brightness and visibility- which helps me to have more confidence for nighttime riding through the dark winter months.

Bought the Matrix last year, it is a fantastic helmet. Super visible with lots of functions. Still get compliments about the helmet everyday. Love it so much that I bought a startup and ultra helmet for my two kids. But they don’t own a phone or tablet, it is not convenient to unpaired one helmet so I can pair with another helmet to change settings. Please introduce profile functions, so I can save each helmet setting as profile so the app could connect to and change settings on different helmets easier.

Wow, the Lumos app (on my iPhone and Apple Watch) is incredibly useful. First, there is the availability of tracking your ride while the helmet is turned on. Second, the controls for the helmet work extremely well. I can adjust the front light settings and customize the rear light. And, adjust the colors of the rear light. And updating the firmware was a breeze. Just set the app to update the firmware and the app shows the progress of the update.
