Great for sleeping

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep. This app helps a lot to stop my mind from wandering around. The new feature, where it makes small vibrations signaling to inhale, exhale or hold, is fantastic. I can keep it in my hands and not even look at the screen until I fall asleep. Maybe they can use a different signal for inhale vs. exhale. Because sometimes, I fall asleep for a few seconds and then don’t know if the vibration is for exhaling or inhale without looking at the screen. Overall I highly recommend it.

daily meds
I tried so many breathwork apps before this one. I love the design. It’s simple, visually pleasing, and easy to navigate. The animations are interesting and I like that you also have the basic breathwork visuals like the filling circle or dot on a path. The whole experience is dynamic yet soothing.

I was looking for something that could do all these styles of breathing, and not only it helps me to sleep, it is retraining me to breath thru my nose in the proper way. A must try at the right price point .
