Your cars on one live map during a ride, a clear ride list for chauffeurs, and bookings, partners and invoices from the same LuxDispatch account you use on the web. LuxDispatch is the iPhone app for chauffeur and limousine companies that run their business on LuxDispatch. Owners and dispatchers run the day from their phone. Chauffeurs see the rides assigned to them and share their location while a ride is under way. Sign in with your existing LuxDispatch company account. Your company owner adds you from the LuxDispatch web workspace. There is no sign-up in the app, and what you see depends on the role your company gave you. FOR OWNERS AND DISPATCHERS Today The day in one list: rides that still need a chauffeur, rides that need confirming, and what comes next. Live tracking See the cars that are sharing a ride on one map, with the ride stage, the direction of travel and how recent each location is. Rides Create, edit and assign bookings, including multi-car groups. Paste a booking request from an email or text message to fill in the form, then check every field before you save. Partners Send a ride to a partner company or take one in from them. Invoices Review and send client invoices. Combine several rides into one packet: one email with one PDF. People Clients and their contacts, chauffeurs, vehicles, pay rates and your team. Follow-ups Confirmations, reminders and thank-you messages that still need handling. FOR CHAUFFEURS Today and Rides Your next ride with pickup time, addresses, passenger details and notes, plus the rides you have already driven. Ride stages Tap On my way when you leave, then update each stage so your office knows where the ride stands. Earnings The pay your company has recorded for your rides. NOTIFICATIONS If you allow notifications, LuxDispatch alerts you about new, changed and cancelled rides, chauffeur stage updates and partner requests. LOCATION AND PRIVACY Location is shared only for a ride assigned to you. Sharing starts when you tap On my way, and you can switch it off at any time. The app asks for While Using permission and never asks for Always. While sharing continues with the phone locked or another app open, iOS shows the blue location indicator. Sharing ends on its own when the ride ends. Your company's owners and dispatchers can see a shared location. If your company turns on live view for a passenger's private trip link, that passenger can see the car too. We keep only the latest position for a ride and clear it shortly after sharing stops.
