Lydsto 4+

About once a month theres an update and you have to remap the house. I got this so i can clean a room at a time so i dont need to pick things off the ground for the whole house. Its annoying to have to do this so often. I have to babysit the vacuum, because it always gets stuck. It also doesnt work at all sometimes. ~~The mop feature doesn't work too. You can only use water and theres just kinda no point. ~~~Everything else is great though i wish theyd stop updating the software. The best feature is the trash drop off at the base. It saves a lot of time!

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Maybe a recent update fixed some of those issues but so far for me it has worked great and the app seems to provide all the basic functionality needed to operate our vacuum. Sure there could be some improvements, things could be polished a bit which will hopefully happen as they continue to develop the app. So far happy with the app and vacuum, though I am concerned if vacuum breaks how do I take advantage of the two year warranty as I haven’t found a way to submit a warranty claim online. It would be nice if they made a way to do that from within the app.

This app would be fine if it would keep the map. Every day or so I have to check why the scheduled cleaning job didn’t start and the app says there is no map so it doesn’t have a schedule. So, I go in to my maps and there is my one and only saved map but I have to tell it to switch to it. Then I have to re enter the schedules. Next day the same thing happens and I end up starting all over again.
