It’s annoying to have it keep asking you to login. I mean come on it’s a vacuum cleaner, not your bank account. Also, if you move it to a different floor, it completely loses ALL the zoning and room information for your original floor.

I can’t tell you how many emails I have sent to Neabot support about issues I find. Nothing ever gets fixed. It’s sad because your vacuum works great but the apps are terrible. Using this app, I no longer receive any notifications with the vacuum and believe this Hass to be something to do with iOS 16. I never had any issues receiving notifications and they have now stopped and I have tried this on three separate iPhones and two different iPads, and none receive any notifications. Although I have tried using the new app that Neabot recommends the Neakasa app which I find to be a downgrade. It no longer has a “ no mop area” which I find crazy because this vacuum is supposed to do mopping, but you can’t sit in Area tonight mop like you could with the Neabot app. Anytime I email support with an app issue. I’m told the same response that they will let Engineering know but nothing ever gets fixed and there’s never any updates. Start listening sooner or later. People are no longer going to buy your robot vacuums due to the lack of support.

Three stars is for an App onlyI just got the Neabot vacuum and mop with automatic dust collector for a few days and I love it but this App is really bad to use . The user friendly buttons is not organized good and icons is hard to know what they are until I clicked on it . when the Robot is running out of water it’s doesn’t send me a notification or the robot itself says anything either , besides other stuffs like , got stuck , put dust collector in robot to run …..This robot should gets a 5 stars if the App is good , Tuyu app for other brand of robot that looks and works just like this Neabot 2 it’s App is way way better and very easy and understands . Please fix an App 🙏 Thanks

Not a fan of the new update. Used to have an option to empty the dust collection 30, 45, and 60 mins into a cycle. Now the shortest time is after every cycle. I’ve got 2 dogs that shed and having the 30min cycle works to make sure it doesn’t get too full with hair. Now it doesn’t clean very well cause the bin full mid cycle and I have it scheduled to vacuum 3x a week.
