Lyra is the official companion app for Witbe customers, allowing you to receive Smartgate alerts for video service availability directly on your phone through push notifications.
When your video service performance dips or becomes unavailable, the notification you receive will allow you to access the run report on Lyra in one click.
You can even share this report immediately with other team members!
Get notified as quickly as possible to make sure that you learn about your video service interruptions before your customers do!
Lyra also offers home screen widgets that display your most important KPIs on your iPhone springboard,
allowing you to stay on top of your service availability and performance!
Key features include:
- Receive push notifications whenever your video service availability dips or gets interrupted
- Replay the video of the scenario that detected a problem on Lyra’s run report with one click
- Escalate a problem using the Feedback Status section on the run report,
and share the Run Report with other team members directly from the app
- Subscribe to different alerts and update notification preferences from the Alarm Subscriptions setting
- Create a Lyra widget to see your most important KPIs in real time from your home screen
