-No price haggling. Mach1 has a Price window (you choose final price within that window)
-Automated Dispatch (system dispatches so you no longer have dispatcher contact)
-GPS to a customer (no more trying to work with a third party to find your customer)
-In-App Communication (now you can contact the customer directly without giving your personal cell number)
-Get paid every 48 hours (No more waiting 30 days to get paid. With Mach1 your money is disbursed every 24 hours, 48 rolling)

New company. Only lacking consistent work in my area.

Overall fairly satisfied from the work I’ve gotten so far. With time I’d love you become a “preferred” provider for Mach 1. Customer ratings and reviews should be available for providers to see. Kind of unfair to have ratings, but providers can’t see what’s being said.

Here at Mach1, it is encouraged for our platform to be used as a megaphone for provider voices to be heard. We appreciate your patience and loyalty to the utilization of the mach1 app and will work hard to bring you a request process that is as seamless as possible. As a provider for Mach1, we are not like a traditional motor club in the way that we have nearly eliminated the competitive nature of the roadside assistance industry. You are a part of a network of fully vetted providers that share qual opportunities through the app. Although the feedback is not obtainable through your provider profile at this time, It will always be visible in the app store under the customer-facing app. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our headquarters by calling 844-511-0002.
