Perfect
I used to use the MyFitnessPal app for years. Despite its clunky interface and ads, I just kept using it because I didn’t know of an alternative. Recently, the greedy people that run that app have made tracking Macros a premium feature! For years it was free, and now the basic features of a calorie tracking app are behind a paywall.
So I went looking for a new app, without in-app-purchaseds, with an elegant interface, and all of the features I’d need. MacroTracker is perfect. Thank you for creating this beautiful, simple, free tool for everyone. I’ll recommend it to everyone I know. :)

Fantastic app!
I was looking for a calorie tracking app without any in-app purchases and this app is perfect! I’m honestly shocked at how well built this app is for being totally free, and I really love the barcode scanner! I’m glad there’s still developers out there willing to build apps like this that help so many people on a day-to-day basis, just out of the kindness of their heart.
The only minor detail that could be improved is the barcode scanner doesn’t use the macro lens on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, so I sometimes can’t focus close enough for the barcode to be scanned.

Simple
I don’t usually write reviews, but this app has been so helpful. I was specifically looking for apps that don’t mine info from you, don’t push ads in your face, and have a nice interface to use. This one has been great for all of that. Also there was a bug issue with how the search function worked, and after I reported it, it was fixed within the day. I have been very happy and impressed with how this app is run.
