Magic Heidi is the ideal billing tool for the Swiss freelancer. With a few clicks, you can create a new client and generate an invoice with QR code.
We have developed an easy to use online invoicing system that allows you to create and send invoices to your clients.
Our billing system is compliant with Swiss tax requirements. Your customers can then pay directly and simply by scanning the QR code on your invoice. You can also print and mail invoices to your customers, and the system allows you to track the status of invoices and payments.
If you are subject to VAT, Magic Heidi simply generates your invoices by adding your VAT number and adding the regulatory 7.7%. You can simply indicate this in the application settings.
Magic Heidi was launched in January 2023, and we will gradually develop new features to make your accounting experience even better.
Switzerland introduced QR code invoices in 2021 and Magic Heidi is the easiest and fastest way to comply with the new rules. We are committed to working closely with the Swiss tax authorities to keep up with updates and changes in legislation.
