Love the hudson branch

Have had bad experiences with other banks in the past. Since I joined main st bank and have been using the hudson office I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, the customer service and the personalized care. I feel welcomed when I walk in and satisfied when I leave. Can’t say enough good things about that branch!

Transaction descriptions

Not crazy about the way transactions appear on the new app. Now you have to open each transaction to see the detail where before you could see at a glance. Frustrating.
