I love this game but I can’t figure out how to use the stars I have collected. I know you use them in the dressing area but how?

Annoying
So I really fell in love with this game. I loved the concept and everything but number one there’s no saving mechanism and second with the new Christmas update, this annoys me I can’t claim anything or exit out of it…it keeps freezing and that ends up making the game not as fun. I kept having to exit the app and reopen it again. And don’t try to tell me oh maybe it’s your storage no that’s not it at all it simply just will freeze and it makes me mad. I was at level 34 or something like that and then I deleted the app thinking it might not freeze. Nope I was wrong I lost all the progress I had made and then it froze again and had to exit out the app and then reload it again. Other than that it’s a fun game but those things need to change just saying

Started off great
Start it off absolutely loving the game got to the third shop in Santorini and I can’t see anything all I see is the outside of the hotel so I can’t pass anything beyond level six. Tried to uninstall the game and reinstall the game I have to start over from the beginning and I’m just not feeling it anymore because I feel like I’m gonna get to the same spot and be in the same problems. I purchased upgrades I purchased diamonds and skates and I feel like it was all just a waste of my money because I couldn’t even continue to enjoy are playing this game because I can’t be levels.
