Man Cycle is a light mood diary for men who want a simple way to notice rough stretches in the month.
Log how you feel each day with quick mood levels and optional tags like tired, stressed, or need space. The calendar marks your logged days and shows a predicted “grumpy stretch,” so you can plan around the days that usually feel heavier. Insights stay plain and readable: mood mix, symptom frequency, and your cycle settings.
When the day feels loud, open Relax and play a short ambient loop. Soft Rain, Warm Pad, and Night Breeze are original tracks bundled with the app. They play on repeat until you pause.
Everything about your diary stays on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account wall and no cloud sync for your logs.
