Description
ManageHF is a symptom tracking and educational research app for patients with heart failure. It is designed to help patients monitor and manage the symptoms of heart failure and help patients lower sodium intake. It is based on evidence that self-monitoring can improve patient outcomes and quality of life. The app was designed by researchers at the University of Michigan.
