Very Impressive
I’ve been trying to find a Plex replacement because, well Plex has issues. Jellyfin is good but I have needed a decent media player. This is a good one. The interface is reminiscent of Music so the learning curve is quite easy. The features I need are there, and sure there may be a few wants but the dev is just starting the app (V1). Given time I think this project will be something to rival other Jellyfin media players.

Main gripe fixed
I love this app. The only thing it was missing was an ability to just shuffle my entire library. I can now do that. This app is a no brainer for anyone with Jellyfin already set up. Just mount your music library to the Jellyfin server and you are set. This is more polished than anything you can run on iOS as far as subsonic players. I will no longer be using my Navidrome server.

An excellent start
For a 1.0 version app, there is a lot to like here. I can see the building blocks for the future. There is plenty of room for future improvement though to make it someone’s daily driver, so I hope the developer stays passionate to the project to build it up.
My first two pragmatic requests would be…
- album covers should cache better and not be constantly redrawn.
- albums category should have sort options, such as by artist, or by artist and year of album, etc.
Again, this is a great brand new project, so one enthusiastic to see what’s next.
