MapGuide helps you collect places, plan the order of your stops and keep track of your trip. Build a city walk, organize sightseeing or put your next day of visits in one place.
SAVE THE PLACES THAT MATTER
Create named lists with their own colors and symbols. Add places from Apple Maps search, tap the map, drop a pin or enter coordinates. Add your own names, notes and tags, and keep a place in more than one list.
PLAN YOUR DAY, STOP BY STOP
Choose up to 20 stops for a trip and set how long you want to spend at each one. Reorder stops, keep the first or last stop fixed, lock individual positions or plan a return to the start. Travel time and time spent visiting are shown separately.
COMPARE YOUR OPTIONS
Compare estimated travel times for your current order and a suggested order using Apple Maps. Choose walking, driving, cycling or public transit where supported. A local distance-based ordering option is also available for walking, driving and cycling.
KEEP MOVING WITH YOUR MAPS APP
Open the next stop or your planned route in Apple Maps or Google Maps. MapGuide shows route stages when your chosen transport mode or maps app requires them. Mark places as visited or skipped and return to saved trips later.
BRING YOUR IDEAS FROM AI
The optional Plan with AI workflow creates instructions from your destination and interests. Copy them into an external assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, then import its JSON response into MapGuide. Review and match suggested places before saving your list. MapGuide does not automatically send your saved lists to an AI service.
YOUR PLANS, ON YOUR DEVICE
No MapGuide account is required. Lists, notes and trip history are stored locally. Export and restore JSON backups to keep a separate copy of your plans. Choose kilometers or miles and use the app in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Ukrainian, Simplified Chinese or Japanese.
Designed for iPhone and iPad, with support for the system appearance and text size.
Maps, place search and road travel estimates require an internet connection. Transport coverage varies by region. Suggested ordering does not guarantee the shortest route. Turn-by-turn navigation is provided by your chosen external maps app. External AI assistants are optional and may have their own account requirements or charges.
