Fair Rules. Fair Access.
• Each user’s spots must be at least 2 miles apart to maintain a fair and balanced map.
• One account per person for a secure and authentic community (future ID verification for ages 18+).
• In major cities, one spot per user keeps things fair in high-demand areas.

Mapspot® Subscriptions.
• Monthly auto-renewable subscriptions give users access to exclusive virtual real estate.
• More spots mean greater visibility, increasing the likelihood of being discovered.
• Each subscription lasts one month, and only one active subscription is allowed per user.
• Subscription is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and auto-renews unless disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Subscriptions cannot be canceled during an active period, but you can manage or disable auto-renewal via your iTunes Account Settings.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.
