Lists & Photos Cover and place photos now self-heal automatically when Google rotates a photo. No more lists showing broken or grayed-out images. Place detail and list-map screens now use a fully interactive map instead of a static image — pinch to zoom, drag to explore. Owner name and profile photo on every list stay fresh after the owner edits their profile. Profile Edits to your name, handle, avatar, accent color, or maps preference now sync across all your devices live. "Edit Profile" button and initials avatars use your chosen accent color. Picking a new avatar auto-crops it to a perfect square. Likes and Saved tabs auto-clean lists that have been deleted, so the counts stay accurate. "Following" / "Followers" lists now show your in-app avatar instead of a Google profile photo. Search Multi-word searches now work the way you'd expect — searching "Cincinnati Tattoo" finds "Best Tattoos in Cincinnati." Lists you've saved now show the blue bookmark icon in search results, matching Discover. Sponsored Places Sponsorship targeting now reads the latest city/tag configuration from the web admin so what's targeted on the web is what shows up in the app. Bug fixes Fixed sign-out occasionally getting stuck on the "Accept Terms" screen. Fixed text wrapping one character per line in list-detail map callouts. Fixed sponsored ads occasionally showing for users outside the targeted city.
