Home Screen

I have tried several times and I cannot put the app on my Home Screen, it will only allow me to open it in the app screen! Very annoying

Each time I pull up the app it reads that I have an error. The only thing I did was open it; I haven’t typed a letter, a number, or a period, but I have an error already from just opening the app?!? Strange.

Today, I tried to sign in to make an appointment, and I couldn’t remember my password - I thought I did, but it told me I was wrong. No problem, I just hit “forgot password” get sent a link to reset and BLAMMO! I’m in, right? WRONG. No email ever came through. Tried on my app, then tried the website on my laptop. Neither worked; called customer service. Rep. informs that there’s a “glitch” and she’ll “have support to give me a call when it’s resolved I. A few days.” This is a real quote. She made the appointment for me, but I want to be able to make my own appointments. I want to scroll through the days and times and plan my visit myself. After all, that’s why they created this monster and now it doesn’t work? Make it make sense.

Worse than 1 Star

I would give it negative stars if I could. When I try to make an appointment the logo just spins until eventually an error message pops up and says “an error occurred while processing your request.” This happens no matter what. If I am in corporate WiFi, private WiFi, or using my cellular connection. I am sick or having to use this app for my health care. I don’t have to pay a copay to visit this provider, but at this point, I am visiting a different provider where I have to pay a copay because I can’t even make an appointment.
