As a Blue KC member, you can download the free MyBlueKC app to help make the most of your Blue KC plan. With new and improved features, the MyBlueKC app gives you easy access to your healthcare coverage 24/7, wherever you are.
Use the app to:

• View and share your ID card
• Find a doctor, hospital or other healthcare provider
• Track deductibles and spending account balances
• View pharmacy benefit information (if applicable)
• Connect to Health & Wellness programs
• NEW for ACA/Direct Pay Members only: Pay My Bill and ACA Rewards (for wellness points)
Features available are based on your plan and benefits.
The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

Version 1.23.2
This update provides important updates to conform with Google and iOS new versions. It also addresses the issue with A Healthier You link. Please update now to access the latest version of the MyBlueKC app. You can also turn on automatic downloads in your app settings, so your app automatically updates with each new release.
Ratings and Reviews
Won’t load
Once I click o virtue care nothing loads or it will kick me out and make me login again. Can’t use the app. When I used it a while back it was awesome to have. But don’t know what happened. Please fix problem soon.
Can’t open EOBs
I am unable to view the EOBs in this app on an iPhone 15. I used to be able to. App is next to worthless without this functionality.
Won’t even load
I have an updated iPhone and this app suddenly no longer works. I’m unable to get the app to even open for me. I used it at the beginning of this year and had a decent experience. For the past couple of months, however, this app simply doesn’t load. I’ve installed and reinstalled it multiple times.
