Was working now isn’t and no response
My review is the same as Hugo’s. Was working for months and then one day I was logged out and can’t get back in. Just sends you in circles. I reached out to sporthero last week and still no response, beyond frustrating.

Unable to connect since latest release
Greetings.
Since the latest release I am unable to connect to the app. I keep getting redirected to the login screen and then when I login, it send me back to the screen that asks me to login. I’ve looked online/googled for a support email but cannot find one. I am concerned that my mileage isn’t counting towards the latest challenges. Can someone please post a support email address?

App unusable; use website instead for tracking
The app worked in January and February when I first started using it. Unfortunately, now it’s not working for me, so I use the website instead.
1) when I open it, I get a series of photos with a button that says “join”
2) I click on that and it takes me to the Olympics sign in page; so I sign in
3) It takes me to a page for #sportheros; I click the green button button that says “continue as…”
4) I get directed right back to #1
Perhaps more people need to be hired to manage the app? It must be a lot of work organizing the MPT? I wonder if anyone who previously worked for the New York Road Runners could get on board? I think the NYRR do a great job of managing the chaos of amateur racers (like me!). Anyway, thanks for your hard work and hang in there!

Our Marathon Pour Tous Paris 2024 app has indeed been undergoing maintenance for the past few hours. I am really sorry.
Everything should be back to normal now.
You may need to delete and reinstall the app if this continues to happen 🙂
