Needs fingerprint ID capability
Not just for convenience of not having to type my password in for EVERY single time I try to log on, but also for security.
Needs fingerprint login
With most, if not all, smartphones having fingerprint sign in technology, WHY does this app not have this capability yet??? It adds an extra layer of security which is crucial in this day and age. Come on MSB, get with the program!!
Overdraft
I told them I do not want overdraft protection. They overdrafted my account because of a subscription I have, and now I’m going to be behind on my bills this month because I have to pay the overdraft fees.
