Markdownr is a powerful, native Markdown viewer that turns your iPhone and iPad into the best way to read .md files. Open Markdown documents directly from the Files app, Mail, Safari, or any app — Markdownr registers as a system-wide document handler so your files always look beautiful.
WHY MARKDOWNR
iOS has no built-in Markdown viewer. Markdownr fills that gap with blazing-fast native rendering, rich theming, and document navigation features that make reading long Markdown documents a pleasure.
DOCUMENT HANDLING

THEMES & APPEARANCE
- 13 colour themes: Default, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Lavender, Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Christmas, Easter, and more — each with light and dark variants
- Dark & Light Mode: Follows your system setting automatically, or toggle manually
- Theme Suggestions: Documents can request a specific theme via front matter, and seasonal themes are suggested based on your locale
- Particle overlays and decorative elements for seasonal and holiday themes
ADVANCED FEATURES
- Math Support: Inline and block LaTeX expressions rendered via KaTeX
