Love the hudson branch
Have had bad experiences with other banks in the past. Since I joined main st bank and have been using the hudson office I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, the customer service and the personalized care. I feel welcomed when I walk in and satisfied when I leave. Can’t say enough good things about that branch!
A problem in the app
I don’t know if just me but the app hasn’t let me login for a couple days I have to go onto Safari and Google Mainstreet Bank and log onto the online website, hope there’s a fix, only problem I have with the app, Hope somone sees this and fixes it
App works just as you’d expect
I’m able to login (with a fingerprint from iPhone) easily, transfer money, pay bills, and the people pay service is really convenient. I pay my personal trainer that way so I don’t have to write a check or take out cash!
