Marta IT dept is a joke

Wi-Fi spotty on trains and stations. Why do
I have to agree to a bunch of junk before getting online (no one reads) yet at Chick-fil-A or many other public Wi-Fi spots you don’t have to (all users on the train are paying customers why make them click accept?). This was as a regular paying rider I can connect to Wi-Fi easily each day).

The signs at each station showing the next train are almost always wrong up until a few minutes of the train arriving.

I used the see and say app to report a train full of sleeping homeless and nothing happened from Brookhaven to the airport.

I remember reading a while back that Marta found millions in unused and aging IT gear. Someone needs to head up IT and focus on the rider who is paying the bills.

Response Time

The Marta PD was extremely prompt to be available when I texted them through this app. Had a man threatening people and was hostile and all I needed to be was text them the car number and they were present by the next stop . I was very impressed with the response time

Total crap

Marta is run by a bunch of morons. Nothing works. The people who ride the train are idiots and could be a threat to your life by the wrong look or by simply saying something.

I tried to report a ghetto blaster playing cRap on his boombox. Nothing happened.

You’re not safe on this train. You take your life in your own hands. No one‘s going to help you.
