Match Factory‪!‬ 4+

I am removing Match Factory from my iPad. I play games for casual fun and not to get stressed. When you really don’t enjoy playing anymore without spending a ton of money, it is time to get rid of the game.

I have played both Toy Blast and Toon Blast as far as they go and continue to play them. This is another really good game with a couple of exceptions. I really don’t like timed games. I play for entertainment, not to get stressed, and timing adds stress. Maybe there could be a casual play mode. Also, both Toy Blast and Toon Blast allow you to play the game from either portrait orientation, top or bottom. Match Factory will only play with the charging port on the bottom. If your iPad needs charging, the player must stop playing until the iPad is charged. In my opinion, this needs changing.

It really is a fun game, but not very enjoyable with the timing element. I realize that the objective is to get you to spend money, which I have many times on Toy Blast and Toon Blast, and recently on Match Factory. At least they give casual players a fighting chance after you have spent the money; Match Factory really doesn’t.

I’m on level 1400, and I haven’t spent a single cent of real money on it. You’re either going to enjoy it because you can do well on it, or you get impatient and spent coins and run out. I’ve fluctuated on how many coins I’ve earned. I think the most I’ve ever gotten was ~1100. Right now I’m at 79 lol. You can win them by doing the events, like the races and competitions. They’re fun and engaging. They’re not hard to win. There’s lots of boosts you can earn. Just be wise with your resources. That being said, I took off a star for false advertising. I almost gave it only three stars. The ads show lots of different kinds of games you can play. But there’s only one game. When you click Play, you g to a room and you have to pick out the objects that are shown. There’s no other kind of matching game, only this one. Am I missing something? I have searched for the access to the other games, but I cannot find them. Maybe someone can comment and help me out. You can join a group, and there’s a chat feature. But you can only chat with people in your group, not people you compete against or anything. The game can be a little bit of a let down. Sometimes I want to clear the whole room, but I’d run out of time lol. Still, I wouldn’t be at the level I’m at if I hated it lol. Which is why I gave it a high rating. Good luck and have fun!
