MATCHES: Luxury Fashion 4+

I have placed multiple orders over the past two months (Feb & Mar 2023) and the items arrive within days to the East Coast. The merchandise is exactly what was expected. I made one return because the size didn’t fit. It couldn’t have been easier. I packed the item and printed their UPS label. I dropped it at a drop off. Within days my credit card was refunded. The best feature of the business is they keep you updated via emails along the way. It is the best.

Matches is simply the best.. I love their app where it’s very easy to navigate and preview items without having to get into the item.. I love that they include “shown here with” in the description of the item..I love that they have more than one video of the item to get a good idea about the product.. I love their seemless return process.. my first go to website to shop is Revolve and the next is Matches ..

Matches five stars for your selection of product, swift smooth ordering and return process but most of all your excellent product descriptions and measurements!! So few online store offer precise measurements per size and per style. They simply say model is wearing size S or XS - not helpful. Thank you Matches for taking the time to present your offerings with pertinent and descriptive details. This is why I keep coming back.
