Maverik app 12+

Usually don’t write responses… However this app is terrible. I am unable to obtain or look at nitro card information on the app. Which also means you cannot cancel or remove your payment information off of the app. Contacted customer service repeatedly with the response of “we are good on our end” or “not sure what’s going on” when I send in screen shots. Points randomly disappear on the app. App says “This service is currently unavailable. Please try another time.” Whenever accessing Nitro information, which has been this way for about a year… overall terrible app. Would not recommend if you like to have access to things with your payment info.

As a whole, I love Maverik the gas station. I love their Nitro Card and that get 10 cents off a gallon, their food is awesome for gas station food, and with their customer service, most of the time I can get to someone who understands what I’m trying to say and they fix the problem appropriately. My problem is their app. It’s so buggy, half the features don’t work half the time, and whenever I have bought something with points instead, I can never redeem it, their whole tech department is just a joke it seems. And the visual interface is terrible. Clunky, ugly, outdated, and barely functional.

I get the app so I can start getting points for buying full. I decided to get all the fuel for my trucks at maverick and thought the points would be nice for my drivers but the app is a joke. None of my guys can get it to work. Won’t let them add the cards they got. So I think I will take my trucks elsewhere and just so you know I have 10 trucks and they take a 1000 dollars in fuel every 3 days per truck and I will make sure to have the people I know that also have trucks to go somewhere else. Do better maverick you are a major corporation and can’t even get your own cards to work
